We respect your privacy rights. You can submit data requests under applicable privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other regional privacy regulations.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Know/Access: Request information about what personal data we collect, use, and share
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal data from our systems
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Right to Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercise your rights without facing discrimination

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected about them
  • Know whether their personal information is sold or shared
  • Say no to the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Access their personal information
  • Request deletion of their personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights

Note: CraftRFP does not sell personal information. However, you may still exercise your right to opt-out.

European Economic Area Residents (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EEA residents have the right to:

  • Access their personal data and obtain a copy
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Erase their personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict the processing of their personal data
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Response Time

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days of receiving your verified request. If we need more time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period (up to an additional 45 days for CCPA requests, or 60 days for GDPR requests).
