Custom templates ensure every proposal you export maintains consistent, professional branding. Here's how to create and manage them.

Creating a Template

  1. Go to Settings → Export Templates
  2. Click "Create Template"
  3. Give your template a name
  4. Configure the options below
  5. Click "Save Template"

Template Options

Header & Footer

  • Logo placement - Left, center, or right
  • Company name - Display in header
  • Page numbers - Bottom left, center, or right
  • Contact info - Include in footer

Cover Page

  • Layout - Choose from 5 professional designs
  • Background - Solid color, gradient, or image
  • Title position - Customize placement
  • Client name - Auto-populated from proposal

Typography

ElementOptions

CaptionsStyle for tables and figures

Colors

  • Primary color - Used for headings and accents
  • Secondary color - Supporting elements
  • Text color - Main body text
  • Background - Page background

Using Templates

When exporting, select your template:

  1. Click "Export"
  2. Choose your format (PDF, Word, Google Docs)
  3. Select template from dropdown
  4. Preview and download
