Exporting Your Proposals

Export your finished proposals to PDF, Word, or Google Docs with professional formatting.

Once your proposal is ready, export it in the format that works best for your client and submission requirements.

Available Export Formats

Exporting to PDF

PDF is the most common format for proposal submissions:

  1. Click "Export" in the toolbar
  2. Select "PDF"
  3. Choose your template (if you have custom templates)
  4. Preview the output
  5. Click "Download PDF"

PDF Options

  • Page size - Letter, A4, Legal
  • Margins - Normal, Narrow, Wide
  • Include cover page - Yes/No
  • Table of contents - Auto-generated

Exporting to Word

Word exports give you full editing control:

  1. Click "Export"
  2. Select "Word (DOCX)"
  3. Choose formatting options
  4. Click "Download"

The exported file includes:

  • All text and formatting
  • Tables and lists
  • Your branding (if configured)

Exporting to Google Docs

Direct integration with Google Workspace:

  1. Click "Export"
  2. Select "Google Docs"
  3. Sign in to Google (first time only)
  4. Choose destination folder
  5. Click "Export to Google Docs"

The proposal opens in a new browser tab, ready for editing.

Branding Your Exports

Set up your branding in Settings → Export Templates:

  • Company logo - Appears on cover page and headers
  • Colors - Match your brand colors
  • Fonts - Choose professional fonts
  • Footer - Contact information, page numbers
