How Does the Free Tier Work?

After Your Trial

When your 14-day trial ends:

1. Your account automatically moves to the Free tier
2. All your data is preserved (proposals, uploads, settings)
3. You keep 3 proposals/month and 3 Proposal Brain uploads
4. Team features are disabled until you upgrade

Monthly Limits

• Limits reset on the 1st of each month
• Unused proposals don't roll over
• Track your usage in the dashboard sidebar

What's Different from Paid Plans?

Features Not Available on Free

• Team collaboration - Invite team members, share proposals
• Advanced analytics - Win rate analysis, performance insights
• Google Docs export - Direct export to Google Docs
• Email support - Free tier is self-serve only

Upgrade anytime from Settings → Subscription:

All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Can I Go Back to Free?

Yes. If you cancel a paid subscription, you'll move back to the Free tier when your billing period ends. Your data is always preserved.
