Managing Your Subscription

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your CraftRFP subscription.

This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your CraftRFP subscription.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings
  2. Click "Subscription" tab
  3. View your current plan, billing cycle, and usage

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep access to higher-tier features until then.

Switching Billing Cycle

Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly. To switch:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change Billing Cycle"
  3. Select Monthly or Annual
  4. Confirm the change

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Tell us why (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After canceling:

  • You keep access until the end of your billing cycle
  • Your proposals and uploads remain accessible
  • You can reactivate anytime

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Bank transfers (Workshop only)

To update payment:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Payment Method"
  3. Add or update card details

Invoices

View and download invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Billing History"
  3. Download invoices as PDF
