Organizing Your Proposal Brain
Use tags and categories to keep your Proposal Brain organized and improve AI suggestions.
A well-organized Proposal Brain helps CraftRFP generate more relevant and targeted proposals. Here's how to keep your library in order.
Why Organization Matters
When you organize your past proposals:
- Better AI suggestions - The AI can find relevant examples faster
- Easier searching - Find specific proposals when you need them
- Improved learning - The AI understands your different markets and styles
Using Tags
Tags are flexible labels you can apply to any proposal. Common tagging strategies:

healthcare,finance,technology,government,education
By Contract Size
small(under $10k),medium($10k-$50k),large(over $50k)
By Outcome

By Type
rfp,rfq,rfi,sole-source
