Your Proposal Brain learns from your past winning proposals. The more examples you provide, the better CraftRFP understands your voice, style, and winning strategies.
What to Upload
For best results, upload proposals that:
- Won contracts - Winning proposals teach the AI what works
- Match your target market - Similar industries and contract sizes
- Represent your best work - Quality over quantity
Supported Formats
CraftRFP accepts:
- PDF - Most common format
- DOCX/DOC - Microsoft Word documents
- TXT - Plain text files

How to Upload
- Navigate to Dashboard → Proposal Brain
- Click "Upload Proposals"
- Select your files (drag and drop supported)
- Add tags for organization (optional)
- Click "Upload"
Organizing Your Library
Use tags to organize proposals by:
- Industry - Healthcare, IT, Finance, etc.
- Client - Company names
- Type - RFP, RFQ, RFI
- Size - Small, Medium, Large contracts
Privacy Note
Your uploaded proposals are:
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Never used to train AI models
- Only accessible by you and your team
