Understanding Your Dashboard
Learn how to navigate the CraftRFP dashboard and make the most of its features.
Your CraftRFP dashboard is your command center for creating winning proposals. Here's a quick tour of what you'll find.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see:
- Recent Proposals - Your latest proposal drafts and their status
- Quick Actions - Buttons for common tasks like creating new proposals
- Usage Stats - How many proposals you've created this month
- Proposal Brain Status - Overview of your uploaded past proposals
Navigation Menu
The left sidebar provides access to:

Creating a New Proposal
Click the "New Proposal" button to start a new project. You can:
- Paste RFP text directly into the editor
- Upload a document (PDF, Word, or text)
- Use a template to start from scratch
Proposal Status
Each proposal shows its current status:
- Draft - Work in progress
- Generating - AI is creating content
- Ready - Complete and ready for export
- Exported - Already downloaded or sent
Quick Tips
- Use the search bar to find proposals by name or client
- Star important proposals to keep them at the top
- Check your usage meter to see remaining proposals this month
