Welcome to CraftRFP! This guide will help you create your first AI-generated proposal in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Sign Up

If you haven't already, create your free account. No credit card is required to start your 14-day trial.

Step 2: Submit Your First RFP

Once logged in, click "New Proposal" in your dashboard. You have three options:

1. Paste - Copy and paste RFP text directly
2. Upload - Upload a PDF or Word document
3. Email - Forward RFPs to your unique CraftRFP email (Studio plan)

Step 3: Review the Analysis

CraftRFP analyzes your RFP and identifies:

• Key requirements and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Evaluation criteria
• Potential risks and concerns

Step 4: Generate Your Proposal

Click "Generate Proposal" and CraftRFP creates a tailored response based on:

• The specific RFP requirements
• Industry best practices
• Your Proposal Brain (if you've uploaded past wins)

Step 5: Review and Edit

The generated proposal is a first draft. Review each section:

• Make any necessary edits
• Add company-specific details
• Adjust tone and messaging

Step 6: Export

When you're satisfied, export to:

• PDF - Professional formatting with your branding
• Word - Fully editable DOCX file
• Google Docs - Direct integration
